Case FMS is proud to announce the appointment of Melissa Harris as Vice President of Operations, effective today. Melissa joins the team with more than 20 years of experience in landscape and snow operations and a strong track record of leading large regional and national teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
In her new role, Melissa will lead all Case national delivery teams, overseeing operations across the company’s 35,000 serviced sites nationwide. Her leadership will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalable growth as Case FMS continues to expand.

Over the coming months, Melissa will partner closely with Nate Fiske and the broader operations leadership team through a deliberate and hands-on transition process. This will include planning sessions, client communications, and collaboration with regional leaders and support teams—all designed to ensure a seamless handoff and continued excellence in service delivery.
