Jim McCarthy and Shannon Kenny join the executive leadership team to support the company’s continued growth and operational advancement.
NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass., August 31, 2026—Case, a leading provider of exterior facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada, today announced the appointments of Jim McCarthy as President and Shannon Kenny as Chief Operating Officer.
The appointments strengthen Case’s executive leadership team as the company continues to grow its operations, expand its technology capabilities, and enhance service delivery across more than 35,000 client locations.
“Case is entering an incredibly exciting chapter in our growth and strengthening our leadership team with proven executives who know how to scale complex service organizations positions us to accelerate that momentum,” said Jason Case, CEO of Case. “Jim and Shannon bring exceptional, complementary experience, along with a shared passion for operational excellence, accountability, strong relationships and continuous improvement. Most importantly, they believe in what we’ve built, understand what makes Case special and share our vision for where we’re going. I’m incredibly excited to have them on our team as we take Case to the next level.”
McCarthy Brings Operations and Technology Leadership to Case
McCarthy brings 25 years of expertise driving operations, technology, and organizational transformation in complex, service-based enterprises to Case. He was Chief Operating Officer at Vixxo, a nationwide technology-enabled facilities management company serving retail, restaurant, and commercial clients, most recently.
McCarthy was Vixxo's Chief Technology Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. He managed field operations, customer experience, procurement, and enterprise systems.
McCarthy previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at VEREIT (formerly Cole Real Estate Investments). His earlier career included leadership roles with Pearson Education, DHL Express and WebMD. He spent six years in aviation and military intelligence in the US Army.
As President, McCarthy will focus on strengthening operational execution, supporting Case’s continued growth and advancing the company’s proprietary technology capabilities. His leadership will help Case build on its existing technology foundation to integrate AI-enabled technology to enhance service validation, portfolio visibility, proactive problem-solving, and coordination among clients, service partners and internal teams.
"Case’s technology platform is best-in-class. It already leads the industry on technology applied to service execution," McCarthy said. “I am excited to expand our use of AI so it keeps taking the noise off our people’s plates, and our people spend their time with customers before they have to ask and with partners before the storm. Technology scales the relationship. It does not replace it.”
Kenny Named Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Kenny will lead the operations team and work closely with McCarthy and the Case leadership team to strengthen operational performance, service consistency, and accountability across the company’s growing North American footprint.
Kenny brings 15 years of experience improving processes and finding efficiencies that lead to tangible growth. Prior to joining Case, she served as Senior Vice President at Lessen, where she was responsible for helping the organization through tremendous growth while implementing scalable processes.
“With the strong team that Case has and implementing some efficiencies gained using best-in-class technology,” Kenny said. “I am confident in our ability to become exterior maintenance industry leaders for our providers and customers.”
Together, the appointments support Case’s continued evolution as a national exterior services provider. The company combines a network of locally based, self-performing service partners with dedicated account teams, company-employed field resources, a national fleet, and proprietary technology. This layered service model helps Case deliver greater consistency, visibility, and accountability across large, multi-site portfolios.
