Case FMS has over 23,000 service partners across the US and Canada.
In order for a partner to join the network, our partner relations ensure they meet our quality standards. With each new addition, several quality assurance measures are checked, including:
- Willingness to work with a larger organization: We want to help the local providers grow their business and seek out those who have the ambition to work with us to find ways to do so.
- Engage with the organization's leaders: It is important to identify the leader that will be helping secure services to be performed on sites before adding them into the network. This helps the speed with which we are able to identify and secure servicers for your sites.
- Insurance verification: Our team makes sure that the providers added to our system all have the required insurance to perform the work that they may be assigned. From snow plowing coverage to commercial auto policies, you can be sure that the team supporting your site has proven their ability to complete the service.
- Fleet Information: Landscaping and snow service require unique equipment to be able to perform various types of work. The Case FMS team discusses what equipment each provider has in their fleet to determine if and what type of work they can perform. Using the appropriate equipment for the agreed-upon size and scope of work is crucial.
- Diversity identification: As a part of Case FMS' ESG goals, we identify the current diversity mix of the service partners we work with. This allows us to track and monitor these metrics and share them with you when requested.
Once this information is collected, we are able to determine if a new provider would be a good fit to join the Case FMS network. We believe it is imperative for us to have a thorough vetting process of new service partners to help us ensure the quality of service you receive from us.
